Managing Internal Control System Improvement Projects:
Planning project activities , defining deliverables and communicating project progress to stakeholders;
Assessing risks related to operational tasks of the bank and processes ;
Developing risk mapping of the different departments of the bank;
Defining solutions of improvement and quick wins of implementation(IT,procedures,training,change management,human resources,etc)…Managing projects related to Drafting and Implementing new accounting charts of departments ; deployment of financial solutions in order to meet regulatory requirements or business needs.
Projects include but are not limited to: Financial Markets,Treasury and Money Markets, Clearing system, Basel2/3, Bank Accounts reconciliations,etc.
