       Internationale experience (englisch is a ‘must have’)
       Can work self-managed (we do not have a top down management style).
       Knows about agiles manifest (its Scrum time)
       Experienced in software design (pattern, best practices, software architecture)
       Experienced in (at least 5 ysears):
            Spring Boot, Java 8 and higher, myBatis, Microservice Architecture, JSON/REST, Swagger, Transactions
           Nice to have:
               Full Stack Developer (Front -to backend)
