- My duties are:
• Managing EGYBYTE’s Portfolio of IT consultancy and auditing services
• Managing EGYBYTE’s accreditations and relations with all its consultancy and auditing partners.
• Defining customer consultancy needs and mapping them to accredited consultancy and auditing services
• Building EGYBYTE Quality Management System, Configuration Management System and assessment, consultancy and audit procedures
• Managing and delivering IT Service Management, Governance, Project Management, Business Analysis, ISO standards and AgilePM Training.
• Helping EGYBYTE in responding to any ITSM or GRC RFP or ITB by writing technical proposals which include Process assessment, Process development and software solution selection.
• Managing EGYBYTE customers’ projects in Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, KSA and other Arab countries by:
o Assessing business needs
o Assessing business processes using modeling techniques
o Assessing ITSM and governance processes using maturity and capability measurement models
o Assessing IT staff knowledge level and competency
o Providing customer with findings and recommendation for business, processes and staff as-is and to-be states
o Developing and/or redesigning processes and functions
o Improving processes and functions
o Helping customer is selecting ITSM or GRC software
o Defining and documenting needed user training and awareness requirements
o Deliver technical training as an Accredited Trainer for ITIL, PRINCE2, COBIT5, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 38500 and others.
o Using PRINCE2 project management methodology in managing the relationship with customers
• Developing new business with new vendors, customers and partners by introducing assessment, consultancy, audit and training services.
• Directing EGYBYTE sales and marketing team by defining topics and channels to be covered
• Gaining more accreditation for EGYBYTE like Accredited Training Organization (ATO) and AXELOS Consulting Partner (ACP) - My duties were:
-1-Managing EGYBYTE’s relation with all its training partners.
-2-Managing trainers selection, and development plans
-3- Delivering new technology and management courses
-4- Delivering new technology seminars
-5- Managing and delivering IT Service Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Information Security Management Training, Assessment and Consultation.
-6- Helping EGYBYTE in responding to any ITSM RFP or ITB by writing technical proposals which include Process development and ITSM software solution.
-7- Managing training and ITSM projects.
-8- Providing EGYBYTE customers in Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, KSA and other Arab countries with ITSM processes and solutions implementation and consultation by:
A- Process assessment
B- Process and function development or redesign
C- Process and function improvement
D- ITSM software selection and implementation
E- IT staff development and training 
My duties are:
-1- All the cases which have been escalated from the nine domains.
-2- Systems Management including SMS 2003 and MOM 2005.
-3- Security Management including ISA 2000 – 2004, WSUS for updates management, Symantec Antivirus
Corporate server and Websense.
-4- Collaboration Services including Exchange 2003 Front End and Back End and CAPTARIS FAX server.
-5- Active Directory at all the territories and the root in some cases.
-6- Implementing ITIL best practices and MOF recommendation in MANTRAC-UNATRAC Group with the help
of Microsoft Egypt through Microsoft premier support contract activities.
-7- Developing and managing Service Asset and Configuration Management and Release and Deployment
Management processes for MANTRAC Egypt with the help of Microsoft products (SMS 2003).
-8- Participating in developing RACI model and personal KPIs for MANTRAC Egypt Systems and Security fields
-9- Developing and managing Event Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes
for MANTRAC Egypt with the help of Microsoft products (MOM 2005).
-10- Participating in developing and applying Change Management process for MANTRAC-UNATRAC Group.
-11- Participating in CAB and ECAB meeting as needed.
